- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, only if the product is defective or damaged.
- Condition for Returns: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Products with physical damage, tampering, or signs of use will not be accepted for return.

- Shipping Costs: In case of a defective product, Get Gadgets Hub will bear the return shipping cost. If the product is not defective, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

- Refund Window: Refunds will be credited within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
